These 5 values underpin the way our company operates and provides care to the community:

Integrity

• We will be fair, honest, transparent and ethical in our conduct; everything we do must stand the test of public scrutiny. We refuse outside investors or Private Equity.
• Ex: We will not overbill patients. No patients should ever pay us out-of-pocket. We will follow all Medicare guidelines. We will be compliant with HIPAA. We will not write notes on patients we did not see.

Responsibility

• We are ethically responsible for ensuring the safety and proper treatment of our patients, including coordination of care.
• Ex: We will coordinate with the Therapy team and SNF Nursing Team for ensuring patients get set up for outpatient Botox injections, and that they receive their Prosthetics or Orthotics.

Excellence

• We will provide quality, compassionate medical care and integrate well within the medical team at the nursing facilities. Everybody on the medical team has something to teach us, no matter their rank.
• Ex: Being friendly with the Floor coordinator. Speaking nicely to the LPN and PCA.

Pioneering

• We will try to improve the coordination of medical care for Nursing Facility patients in the greater region that we operate in.
• Ex: creating a list of top quality doctors and rehab partners (ex: prosthetists/orthotists, outpatient PT/OT facilities)

Unity

• We will invest time and resources into the best technology and training for our clinical and non-clinical teams. The goal is to continuously increase systematic efficiencies so each member can operate and execute their core responsibilities at the highest level (ie their A and B time)
• Ex: 1) Giving each provider a custom EHR workflow so they can be happier, more efficient, and therefore provide the best medical care possible to their patients. 2) Hiring a quality Biller will ensure optimal collections, revenue, and save time and headache for all team members
